Common repair and remodel services include:   

• Minor electrical work like new ceiling fans 
• Minor plumbing work such as new faucets, water supply lines (PEX), and installing hot water tanks and new toilets 
• Home upgrades and repairs including framing doors and windows, installing new door knobs, flooring, ceiling / ceiling tiles, and walls, including trim, drywall hanging, drywall repair, and indoor painting 
• Home maintenance, including cleaning gutters and trimming hedges and trees
• Exterior work like installing skirting, new fencing and fence repair, and snow removal   
• I also do punchlists. Whether you're an agent, realtor, property manager, or owner, I help prepare a property for sale.  

I travel around the tri-county area (Osage, Washington, & Western Tulsa counties), specializing in the Skiatook area. Discounts are available for veterans.
